Internal Sales Representative (m/f/d) Silo Tank Technology

What you can expect

• Advise customers & sell spare parts: Competent advice for our customers and sale of spare parts for silo tank technology
• Supporting the field service: Supporting the sales field service in the implementation of customer requirements
• Identifying spare parts: Finding spare parts via electronic media
• Process orders: Complete order processing including deadline tracking
• Supervise quotation processes: Quotation preparation and quotation tracking
• Process complaints: Process incoming complaints under own responsibility
• Contact person in day-to-day business: Consulting closely with the field sales team and coordinating with relevant interfaces

What you bring

• Training & Qualification: Successfully completed vocational training in the automotive sector or comparable technical training
• Professional experience & Specialist knowledge: Technical understanding and ideally knowledge in the field of commercial vehicles and silo tank technology; Basic commercial know-how
• IT & language skills: Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows applications; good knowledge of German
• Personal skills: High service orientation, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
