Internal Sales Representative (m/f/d) Vehicle Construction

Your tasks

• Competent advice for our customers and sales of commercial vehicle parts and components
• Supporting the sales field service in the implementation of customer requirements
• Quotation preparation and quotation tracking
• Support with quality problems in communication with producers
• Complaints handling
• Initiating credit and debit notes
• Consulting closely with the external sales team and coordinating with relevant internal interfaces
• Support with technical projects
• Maintenance of master data

Your profile

• Successfully completed vocational training in vehicle construction or the commercial vehicle/vehicle sector or comparable technical training
• Technical understanding and ideally experience with the relevant product groups
• First experience in the sale of technical and explanatory products
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows applications
• High customer orientation, strong communication and team skills
• Independent, structured and organized way of working
