IT Administrator Networks (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Management and maintenance of the network infrastructure for our main location and the individual branches via our management software (WLAN/Switch/NAC) with occasional business trips to our branches
• 2nd-level contact person via our ticket system
• Implementation of IT projects/location projects, both as part of a team and independently
• Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Continuous improvement of our processes and infrastructure

Your profile

• Completed training, e.g. as an IT specialist (m/f/d), IT system management specialist (m/f/d) or comparable training related to IT or corresponding professional experience
• Experience in the areas of network, firewall and management software
• Ideally knowledge in the area of telephone systems
• Self-reliant, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
• Service orientation, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Business fluent in German
