(Junior) HR Manager (m/f/d)
What you can expect
- Sparring partner for the management boards: Advising the management boards on operational and strategic HR issues for their own support groups or individual companies within the corporate group
- Contact person for employees: Support for a defined group of employees in all HR-related issues
- Actively supporting change: Supporting the implementation of company-wide HR guidelines, projects and change processes
- Thinking HR processes further: Optimization and further development of existing HR processes
- Coordinating training and development: Planning training and development measures
- Administrative support: Preparation of employment contracts, certificates and qualified references as well as support in processing electronic time recording (ATOSS)
What you bring
- Education & Qualification: Successfully completed commercial training or a degree in economics, law or social sciences, ideally with a focus on personnel management, human resource management or (business) psychology.
- Professional experience & expertise: First professional experience in a comparable position, e.g. as HR Business Partner (m/f/d), HR Officer (m/f/d) or HR Assistant (m/f/d) as well as good knowledge of labor law.
- IT & language skills: Confident use of MS Office, business fluent German (C1) and good English skills.
- Personal skills: High social skills, confident demeanor and strong communication skills.
