(Junior) Material Master Data Management Specialist (m/f/d)
What you can expect
- Keep an eye on material master data: Ensure the accuracy and up-to-dateness of material master data in the relevant systems
- Maintain & optimize data: Create, update, maintain and cleanse master data in SAP
- Ensure smooth processes: Professional maintenance and updating of master data to ensure high quality standards
- Create lists & prepare mass data: Create and prepare structured lists, e.g. for purchase prices and material master data, for efficient and error-free data migration
- Checking processes & optimizing rules and regulations: Ongoing review and further development of processes and rules and regulations in the material master data area to ensure efficient processes
- Coordinate collaboration & clarify requirements: Close coordination with Sales, Purchasing, Product Management and Logistics to check data requirements and ensure the accuracy of material master data
What you bring
- Training & Qualification: Completed commercial training, e.g. as an office clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), retail clerk (m/f/d) or merchant (m/f/d) in wholesale and foreign trade, ideally with initial work experience
- Professional experience & Expertise: Interest in working with data and figures as well as initial experience in the area of material master data, e.g. as a data manager (m/f/d)
- IT & language skills: Sound knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as desirable SAP 4/HANA knowledge and business fluent German and good English skills
- Personal skills: Careful and structured way of working and enjoy working in a team
