GRANIT as part of the FRICKE Group, is one of Europe's leading distributors of spare parts for agricultural and construction machinery, gardening, municipal & forestry technology and commercial vehicles. We supply specialist dealers and workshops in Europe, the USA and Canada from our 95,000 m² central warehouse in Heeslingen, Lower Saxony.

(Junior) Pricing Manager (m/f/d)

What you can expect

• Pricing in focus: Control and determination of gross sales prices for the GRANIT PARTS range
• International cooperation & consulting: Supporting the international locations in the implementation of pricing processes and strategies, taking into account local market and competitive conditions
• Strategic development: Development and implementation of innovative pricing strategies for defined product and market segments in close coordination with sales and product management
• Creating competitive offers: Developing customized offers based on sound market and price analyses
• Data-driven optimization: Continuous analysis, monitoring and optimization of prices and conditions to ensure competitiveness
• Market observation & analysis: Observation of relevant competitors to identify opportunities and risks on the market
• Increasing profitability: Derivation and implementation of suitable measures to sustainably increase profitability
• Sharing knowledge: Training internal and external stakeholders in the areas of pricing, price enforcement and pricing processes

What you bring

• Training & qualifications: Completed commercial training, e.g. as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant (m/f/d) or industrial clerk (m/f/d), or a completed degree
• Professional experience & expertise: First professional experience, ideally as a Yield Manager (m/f/d), Revenue Manager (m/f/d) or Pricing Analyst (m/f/d), as well as an interest in working with numbers and a strong commercial mindset
• IT & language skills: Confident handling of MS Excel, business fluent German (C1) and good English skills
• Personal skills: Technical understanding is an advantage as well as analytical thinking skills and a structured way of working
