GRANIT as part of the FRICKE Group, is one of Europe's leading distributors of spare parts for agricultural and construction machinery, gardening, municipal & forestry technology and commercial vehicles. We supply specialist dealers and workshops in Europe, the USA and Canada from our 95,000 m² central warehouse in Heeslingen, Lower Saxony.

Logistics clerk (m/f/d) â stock complaints / inventory
What you can expect
- Complaints check: Processing internal and external complaints about articles, orders and transport service providers
- Check shipping discrepancies: Carry out shipping and partial loss checks
- Customer care: Telephone contact with our customers regarding complaints
- Recording orders: Recording customer and collection orders and creating credit notes
- Check stock levels: Carrying out item and quantity-based inventory checks
- Support inventory: Active participation in the annual inventory
- Coordinate interfaces: Close coordination with purchasing, quality management and operational logistics
- Processing subsequent shipments: Recording subsequent shipments to customers
- Correcting stock levels: Systematic correction of stock discrepancies
What you bring
- Training & Experience: Completed vocational training, ideally as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) or comparable commercial training
- IT & language skills: Confident handling of common MS Office programs; SAP knowledge is desirable, but not required
- Personal skills: Strong communication skills, a friendly and engaging manner and the ability to integrate into an existing team
