GRANIT as part of the FRICKE Group, is one of Europe's leading distributors of spare parts for agricultural and construction machinery, gardening, municipal & forestry technology and commercial vehicles. We supply specialist dealers and workshops in Europe, the USA and Canada from our 95,000 m² central warehouse in Heeslingen, Lower Saxony.

Logistics Planner / Process Manager (m/f/d)
What you can expect
- Planning logistics processes & developing warehouse concepts: Planning logistics processes and developing warehouse concepts, including designing the warehouse layout and setting up material and information flows
- Designing the material flow: Ensuring an efficient and cost-optimized material flow from goods receipt to warehouse, goods issue and loading
- Improve processes: Continuous optimization of existing processes (also across divisions)
- Supporting change: Implementing change projects within logistics
- Implement projects: Planning, implementation and support of operational projects in all areas
- Advise executives & train teams: Advise executives on optimal process workflows and train employees
What you bring
- Education & qualification: Degree in economics or engineering, ideally with a focus on logistics or supply chain management
- Professional experience & Expertise: Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, e.g. in contract logistics or logistics consulting; Good knowledge of logistics planning, network planning, process reengineering, material flow planning and automation, ideally also in lean management
- IT & language skills: experience in using warehouse management software; business fluent German language skills (at least C1)
- Personal skills: strong communication skills, assertiveness and ability to work in a team as well as willingness to travel to a limited extent
