GRANIT as part of the FRICKE Group, is one of Europe's leading distributors of spare parts for agricultural and construction machinery, gardening, municipal & forestry technology and commercial vehicles. We supply specialist dealers and workshops in Europe, the USA and Canada from our 95,000 m² central warehouse in Heeslingen, Lower Saxony.
We are looking for you to expand our team at our Hemmoor location as a
Master data management clerk (m/f/d)
What you can expect
- ensuring the currency and accuracy of material master data in the relevant systems
- Development and creation of structured lists for importing mass data, such as purchase prices and material master data, to ensure efficient and error-free data migration
- Close coordination with sales, purchasing, product management and logistics to clarify data requirements and ensure consistent data
- Competent handling of master data queries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
What you bring
- Completed commercial training, e.g. as office clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), retail clerk (m/f/d) or merchant (m/f/d) in wholesale and foreign trade, ideally with first work experience
- Interest in working with numbers
- Found knowledge in MS-Excel, SAP knowledge is desirable (but not a prerequisite)
- Good technical understanding
- German language skills and good English skills
