Personnel Administrator / HR Assistant (m/f/d)
What you can expect
- Contract and document management: Creation of employment contracts, certificates and employment references
- Maintain time recording: Reliable processing of electronic time recording (ATOSS)
- Applicant management: Coordinating appointments and correspondence with applicants
- Supporting HR projects: Helping to shape varied HR projects
- Supporting training work: Supporting trainees and helping to shape the training program
- Active HR co-design: Participation in ongoing HR processes and independent assumption of subtasks within the HR team
- Co-responsibility for training marketing: Participation in career fairs and training marketing events
- Preparing HR key figures: Creating evaluations and reports on relevant key figures
What you bring
- Training & Qualification: Successfully completed commercial training related to human resources, e.g. as a wholesale and foreign trade management clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d) or personnel services clerk (m/f/d) or further training as a personnel specialist (m/f/d)
- Professional experience & expertise: Initial experience in HR administration is desirable
- IT & language skills: Confident use of the MS Office package and business fluent German (at least C1)
- Personal skills: High social competence, structured and organized way of working as well as confident appearance and strong communication skills
