Product Manager (m/f/d)

We are always on the lookout for committed and creative people who can further develop our product ranges and drive our company forward. Depending on your qualifications and experience, we can offer you exciting activities in various product segments (e.g. construction machinery or tractor technology, engine technology, electronics & sensor technology, soil cultivation, garden & forestry, hydraulics, industry and workshop equipment).

What you can expect

• Developing the range in a targeted manner: Developing and strategically expanding our range in various product areas
• Manage procurement: Strategic selection, evaluation and support of suppliers as well as product range decisions
• Leading negotiations: Conducting condition and contract negotiations with international suppliers
• Analyzing market development: Conducting market and competitive analyses to identify trends and optimization potential
• Visiting partners: Organizing and participating in trade fairs and supplier visits in Germany and abroad
• Implementing marketing activities: Collaborating closely with the marketing team to plan and implement marketing activities for our products
• Check & optimize quality: Collaboration with quality assurance to analyze and optimize product quality

What you bring

• Training & qualifications: Completed commercial or technical training or a relevant degree
• Professional experience & expertise: Professional experience in product management, purchasing or technical development is an advantage, we are also happy to give career starters a chance as Junior Product Manager (m/f/d); Technical understanding and interest in our product areas
• IT & language skills: Very good knowledge of MS Excel, optional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, business fluent German (C1) and good English skills
• Personal skills: Confident appearance, intercultural competence and negotiating skills for international purchasing; independent and structured way of working, ability to work in a team and willingness to travel
