Product Manager (m/f/d) Electrics & Sensors

What you can expect

• Developing the product range in a targeted manner: Development and strategic expansion of the electrics and sensor range
• Manage procurement: Strategic selection, evaluation and support of suppliers as well as product range decisions
• Leading negotiations: Conducting condition and contract negotiations with international suppliers
• Analyzing market development: Conducting market and competitive analyses to identify trends and optimization potential
• Visiting partners: Organizing and participating in trade fairs and supplier visits in Germany and abroad
• Implementing marketing activities: Collaborating closely with the marketing team to plan and implement marketing activities for our products
• Check & optimize quality: Collaboration with quality assurance to analyze and optimize product quality

What you bring

• Training & qualifications: Technical training or experience, e.g. as an electrician (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d), electrical engineer (m/f/d), agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or a degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics or a related field
• Professional experience & expertise: First professional experience in product management, purchasing or technical development, ideally in the field of electrics & sensor technology
• IT & language skills: Very good MS Excel skills, optional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, business fluent German (C1) and good English skills
• Personal skills: Intercultural competence and negotiation skills for international purchasing; independent and structured way of working, ability to work in a team and willingness to travel
