Product Manager Towing Technology (m/f/d)

What you can expect

• Designing international product range development: Analysis of vehicle applications, markets and customer requirements in the tractor / hauler sector as well as setting up, structuring and further developing international product ranges
• Focus on regional market requirements: Collaboration on product range strategies for different regions and market requirements as well as maintenance and further development of product range logics, product structures and technical allocations
• Responsible for product areas: Processing selected product areas of tractor technology, e.g. spare and wear parts for engine and engine components, drive technology (clutch, gearbox, axles), electrics / electronics as well as cab and vehicle equipment
• Market & Monitoring competitive developments: Continuous analysis of relevant developments and close cooperation with internal interfaces such as sales, marketing and quality management
• Targeted support for sales units: Technical support for national and international sales units
• Processing product information professionally: Creation of practical product information, application descriptions and argumentation aids as well as participation in product training, presentations and market launches 
• Supporting product range expansions & product launches: Supporting the further development of existing product ranges and launching new products

What you bring

• Training & Qualification: Completed technical training, e.g. as an agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician (m/f/d), automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician or automotive master craftsman (m/f/d) or a technical degree, e.g. agricultural engineering, automotive engineering or mechanical engineering.
• Professional experience & Specialist knowledge: Very good understanding of tractors, vehicle technology and their assemblies as well as practical experience and interest in spare and wear parts and international range and product work
• IT & language skills: Very good MS Excel skills as well as business fluent German (C1) and good English skills
• Personal skills: Structured and analytical way of working as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
