GRANIT as part of the FRICKE Group, is one of Europe's leading distributors of spare parts for agricultural and construction machinery, gardening, municipal & forestry technology and commercial vehicles. We supply specialist dealers and workshops in Europe, the USA and Canada from our 95,000 m² central warehouse in Heeslingen, Lower Saxony.

Project Assistance (m/f/d)
What you can expect
- Support in the coordination and management of operational (sub-) projects with regard to international cooperation
- Coordination with the cross-project and cross-departmental departments at GRANIT as well as planning and organization of internal and external meetings
- Creating presentations and training/workshop documents
- Planning and organizing a wide range of sales activities and marketing campaigns at the POS
- Co-designing and further developing the digital platforms of our business partners in collaboration with the e-commerce team
- Managing and improving the interfaces and business processes with business partners
- Creation and evaluation of statistics as part of project controlling
- Direct communication with business partners at home and abroad and creation of meeting minutes
What you bring
- Completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as a merchant in wholesale and foreign trade management (m/f/d)
- Business fluent in German (C1) and English, further foreign language skills are desirable, but not a must
- Some industry knowledge (agricultural engineering, automotive or comparable technical areas) is an advantage, but not essential
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications (especially Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote)
- Team skills, quick comprehension, high resilience and flexibility
- Independent and structured way of working paired with high quality standards
