We supply specialist dealers and workshops in Europe, the USA and Canada from our 95,000 m² central warehouse in Heeslingen, Lower Saxony.

Project Manager (m/f/d) Corporate Strategy & Process Optimization
What you can expect
- Management and support of strategic projects
- Conducting data analyses to develop recommendations for action for the management
- Analysis, documentation and visualization of existing business processes as well as conception and implementation of process optimizations at departmental and overall company level
- Supporting the introduction and further development of IT systems for the digitalization and further optimization of business processes
- Involvement in organizational and change processes (change management)
- Collaborating closely with the specialist departments (Product Management, Purchasing, Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics) and acting as an interface to external service providers and IT partners
- Organization and moderation of workshops
What you bring
- Successfully completed studies in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- First relevant experience in consulting or project management, ideally in a management consultancy or consulting environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and process optimization
- Business fluent German (C1) and good knowledge of English
- Ability to convey complex issues clearly and communicate confidently with various stakeholders
- Structured, independent and proactive way of working with a high level of team orientation
