What you can expect

• Close coordination in Purchasing: Cooperation with the Head of Purchasing / Scheduling and Product Management
• Creating & tracking evaluations: Preparation and tracking of Excel evaluations based on the respective purchasing processes
• Maintaining data in the system: Recording and maintaining relevant data for the scheduling system
• Keep an eye on delivery dates: Carry out delivery date checks
• Reliably maintain master data: Continuous updating of master data
• Support projects in purchasing: Collaboration on internal projects

What you bring

• Training & Qualification: Completed commercial training, e.g. as an office clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), retail clerk (m/f/d) or merchant (m/f/d) in wholesale and foreign trade
• Professional experience & expertise: Professional experience in a comparable position is desirable, but not a must
• IT & language skills: Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and very good German language skills (C1)
• Personal skills: Sense of responsibility, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
