Sales Manager (m/f/d) Vehicle Construction - DACH Region

Your tasks

• Leadership, coordination and coaching of field staff in the DACH region
• Support and maintenance of existing customer relationships
• Development and implementation of measures to increase sales
• New customer acquisition
• Development of sales strategies and new business opportunities
• Performance of market and potential analyses
• Collaborating closely with the Head of OEM Sales

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies, e.g. in business administration, industrial engineering or mechanical engineering or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in the commercial vehicle environment or in vehicle construction with management responsibility
• Experience in sales management
• Results-oriented, analytical thinking and acting as well as strong customer orientation
• Negotiation skills as well as communication and assertiveness
