We supply specialist dealers and workshops in Europe, the USA and Canada from our 95,000 m² central warehouse in Heeslingen, Lower Saxony.

SAP Key User (m/f/d) Invoice Management SD
The position is located in the international environment of the Fricke Group and combines process responsibility with system-side development in an order-to-cash context.
What you can expect
- Support & end-to-end processes: Analysis, support and continuous optimization of defined processes in the order-to-cash environment with a focus on Invoice Management and Accounts Receivable
- Optimize returns & complaint processes: Further development of cross-company processes, taking into account efficient and standardized procedures
- Take on central interface function: Close cooperation between individual departments, the SAP / IT team and other relevant internal and international contacts
- Structuring & implementing requirements: Recording, structuring and technical evaluation of requirements and supporting the technical implementation in the SAP system
- Support international rollouts: Active participation in fit-gap analyses, conception, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare in an international project environment
- Coordinate & execute tests: Planning, coordination and execution of functional and integration tests including documentation and follow-up
- Validating data migrations: Technical testing and validation of data migrations before going live
- Providing knowledge: Planning and conducting user training courses and creating and developing practical training documents
- Supporting key users internationally: Supporting international key users and following up on support tickets until a sustainable solution is found
What you bring
- Training & qualification: Completed studies in business administration, business informatics or a comparable qualification or alternatively commercial or IT-related training with relevant professional experience
- Professional experience & Expertise: Several years of experience in the order-to-cash environment, ideally in the sales or accounts receivable department of an internationally active trading company as well as a good understanding of invoicing, receivables management and related financial processes; Experience in international projects or rollouts is an advantage
- IT & language skills: Very good knowledge of working with ERP systems, preferably in the SD environment as well as very good written and spoken German and English
- Personal skills: Structured, analytical and process-oriented way of working as well as strong communication skills and enjoy working with international teams
