Service Administration in Facility Management (m/f/d)
What you can expect
- Manage ticketing processes: Support and optimization of the internal ticketing system
- Coordinating facility management: Supporting day-to-day operations in technical and infrastructural facility management
- Organize & access management: Administration of departmental invoice management and access management
- Coordinate appointments: Scheduling and tracking of maintenance appointments and project planning of the CAFM software
- Creating reports: Reporting with target/actual comparisons (including deviation and optimization analyses) in the specialist area
What you bring
- Training & Qualification: Completed commercial vocational training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or comparable vocational training
- Professional experience & Specialist knowledge: Initial experience in technical building operations (infrastructure)
- IT & language skills: Sound knowledge of MS Office applications and business fluent German (C1)
- Personal skills: Analytical thinking and flexibility, Independence, organizational skills and communication strength as well as hands-on mentality
