What you can expect

• Support workshop foreman: Participate in the organization of the workshop  in coordination with the commercial and technical management of the workshop
• Planning workshop capacities: Organization of capacity utilization and allocation of orders and activities to be carried out
• Supervise repair work: Collaborate, monitor and control the professional execution of repairs

What you bring

• Training & Qualification: Successfully completed technical training with a master craftsman's certificate as an agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician (m/f/d), automotive/vehicle mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or service technician (m/f/d)
• Professional experience & Specialist knowledge: Ideally initial experience in managing a workshop or small team and industry knowledge in the agricultural machinery sector
• IT & language skills: Confident handling of common Office programs
• Personal skills: Independent and customer-oriented way of working and strong communication skills
