TREX.PARTS, a joint venture between the FRICKE Group and intralogistics specialist Jungheinrich, offers our B2B customers the right wear parts for their material handling equipment of all brands - from original parts and spare parts from original equipment manufacturers to high-quality own brands. Since 2019, we have been active in over 60 countries worldwide with our rapidly growing team and our extensive webshop.

We are looking for you to expand our team at the Sittensen location as a

Team leader operational purchasing / disposition (m/f/d)

What you can expect

• Team lead: Responsibility for a 5-person team in spare parts planning
• Ensuring availability: Ensuring the constant availability of all disposable items and processing daily orders in cross-dock
• Keep an eye on stock levels: Continuously increase the availability rate and control the stock value at the same time
• Optimize stockpiling: Analysis and planning of initial stockpiling and optimization of ongoing ordering processes and stockpiling logics as well as development of supplier risk management for national and international suppliers
• Maintain delivery times: Update and maintain delivery times for each supplier so that B2B customers are always shown the correct delivery times in the web shop
• Take on interface work: Collaboration with product management, customers and suppliers of TREX.PARTS

What you bring

• Training & qualification: Completed business or technical studies
• Professional experience & expertise: Ideally initial experience in scheduling, inventory planning and supplier management
• IT & language skills: Good MS Office skills (especially Excel); business fluent German skills (C1) and good English skills
• Personal skills: Solution orientation and a sense of responsibility as well as a good sense of dealing with people; Data affinity and analytical thinking as well as a self-organized way of working; Strong communication skills, reliability and initiative
