GRANIT as part of the FRICKE Group, is one of Europe's leading distributors of spare parts for agricultural and construction machinery, gardening, municipal & forestry technology and commercial vehicles. We supply specialist dealers and workshops in Europe, the USA and Canada from our 95,000 m² central warehouse in Heeslingen, Lower Saxony.

Technical consultant (m/f/d) workshop equipment
What you can expect
- Providing expert support: Telephone customer advice and sales of workshop equipment / capital goods
- Customer advice: Commercial and technical advice on the entire product range of workshop equipment and furnishings
- Selling products: Sales of workshop equipment, tools and services in the back office
- Supporting field service: Close and active cooperation with technical field service
- Capture quotations & orders: Independent quotation preparation and quotation tracking
- Project management: Organization and implementation of project orders, e.g. for new workshop buildings
- Processing customer concerns: Processing other inquiries from our customers
What you bring
- Training & qualification: Successfully completed technical training, e.g. as a commercial vehicle or automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d), agricultural machinery mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or comparable training
- Professional experience & expertise: Experience in the sale of capital goods is an advantage, ideally initial experience in the sale of workshop equipment and technical understanding
- IT & language skills: Initial knowledge of MS Office and Windows applications; good knowledge of German
- Personal skills: Strong communication skills, enjoy dealing with customers, actively advising and selling as well as a friendly and communicative manner
