In our division FORAS (formerly Gartenland) we create together with our partner dealers solutions for municipalities, property managers and garden and landscape builders. You will work with us in a professionally equipped company with high-tech gardening technology, for example from Kubota, Honda, STIHL, etc.

Technical Consultant / Service Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Advice and technical support for dealers on the phone and on site
• Evaluation of technical complaints and error messages from our customers
• Continuous co-design and further development of our product portfolio in close cooperation with product management and sales
• Exchange with manufacturers on technical issues
• Processing and support with warranty processing
• Creation and processing of technical information for specialist retail partners

Your profile

• Completed technical training, e.g. as an agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician (m/f/d), automotive/vehicle mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or further training as a service technician (m/f/d)
• Knowledge in the areas of electrics, pneumatics and hydraulics
• Experience in the garden and municipal sector an advantage
• Enjoy dealing with customers
• Commitment, ability to work in a team and enthusiasm for changing tasks
• Confident handling of the common MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Independent, goal-oriented and structured way of working
