What you can expect

• Expert advice: Advice and technical support for dealers on the phone and on site
• Analyzing complaints: Evaluating technical complaints and error messages from our customers
• Shaping the product portfolio: Continuous further development of our product range in close cooperation with product management and sales
• Maintaining manufacturer contacts: Direct exchange with manufacturers on technical issues
• Processing warranty claims: Handling and supporting warranty processing
• Processing technical information: Creating and processing technical information for specialist retail partners

What you bring

• Training & qualification: Completed technical training, e.g. as an agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician (m/f/d), automotive/vehicle mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or further training as a service technician (m/f/d)
• Professional experience & Specialist knowledge: Knowledge in the areas of electrics, pneumatics, hydraulics and Experience in the garden and municipal sector is an advantage
• IT & language skills: Confident handling of common MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel); good knowledge of German
• Personal skills: Enjoy dealing with customers, Commitment, team spirit and enthusiasm for changing tasks as well as an independent, goal-oriented and structured way of working
