GRANIT as part of the FRICKE Group, is one of Europe's leading distributors of spare parts for agricultural and construction machinery, gardening, municipal & forestry technology and commercial vehicles. We supply specialist dealers and workshops in Europe, the USA and Canada from our 95,000 m² central warehouse in Heeslingen, Lower Saxony.

Technical employee quality assurance (m/f/d) Warranty management
What you can expect
- Technical testing and evaluation of our customers' warranty claims
- Creation of warranty claims and coordination of processing with our suppliers
- Coordination with suppliers to implement product-related improvement measures in collaboration with our product management
- Involvement in the continuous optimization of our product quality
- Collaborating closely with internal interfaces to continuously develop our products and processes
What you bring
- Completed technical training, e.g. as a motor vehicle or commercial vehicle mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician (m/f/d) with further training as a technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d)
- Ideally initial experience in the field of warranty, quality assurance, quality management or a related field
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Strong communication skills and enjoy working in an international team
