Technical office representative (m/f/d) forklift spare parts

What you can expect

• Consulting and supporting customers by phone and selling spare parts
• Spare parts research via electronic media
• Quotation preparation and quotation follow-up
• Support sales field service in the implementation of customer requirements
• Coordination with relevant internal interfaces
• Support in technical projects

What you bring

• Completed commercial or technical training, e.g. as a merchant in wholesale and foreign trade (m/f/d) or as a motor vehicle mechatronics engineer (m/f/d)
• Good technical understanding and ideally experience in the material handling industry
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Self-motivated, structured and organized way of working
• Results-oriented action as well as high service and customer orientation
• Resilience, motivation and ability to work in a team
