Workshop foreman/manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Sales and technical management of the workshop
• Control, motivation and leadership of the workshop staff
• Timing and scheduling of the work to be carried out
• Instruction, supervision and control of the professional execution of repairs
• Capacity planning of personnel and test stands

Your profile

• Successfully completed technical training with master craftsman certificate as an agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics engineer (m/f/d), automotive / commercial vehicle mechatronics engineer (m/f/d) or service technician (m/f/d)
• First leadership experience is an advantage
• Dependent and customer-oriented way of working
• Industry knowledge in the agricultural machinery sector
