E-commerce Business Apprentice (m/f/d) – Training Programme
Digitalisation in the economy is also creating new apprenticeship roles. One of these new training programmes is the three-year vocational training course to become an E-commerce Business Administrator (m/f/d). As part of their training, our trainees work across many different departments and business areas within the FRICKE Group.
With us, you won’t just be scrolling through online shops – you’ll learn how to make them successful.
The apprenticeship consists of classroom-based and practical modules. During their apprenticeship, our trainees learn everything there is to know about retail – with a focus on online retail, of course. In addition to the basics of business administration, you’ll also gain a wealth of practical specialist knowledge. You’ll get to know the individual departments and specialist areas within the GRANIT PARTS division. Even as a trainee, you’ll play an active role in shaping the product range in the online shop. You’ll become an expert in initiating and processing contracts in online sales and support the procurement team. Our apprentices are given exciting tasks and projects in e-commerce; they interact with customers, attend trade fairs and gain an in-depth understanding of business processes.

What you should bring to the role
The FRICKE Group offers its trainees interesting and informative insights into day-to-day working life and comprehensive business processes.
The entry requirements for an e-commerce business administration apprenticeship (m/f/d) are the Abitur or Fachabitur, or a good Realschulabschluss. You should, of course, have an interest in a career in business and possess a good understanding of technology. Our apprentices can look forward to interesting tasks and projects. Organisational skills, an interest in technology and an affinity for marketing are certainly an advantage in this role.
- School qualification: A-levels / secondary school leaving certificate
- Interest: Business-related work
- Training content: Setting up and expanding online shops, selecting and utilising online sales channels, contract processing, incoming and outgoing invoices, analysing key performance indicators, legal aspects of online sales, product selection and data management, and much more.
- Skills: Organisational skills, team spirit, ability to work independently, an interest in technology, particularly in relation to online topics, good communication skills and a friendly manner, an interest in business and marketing
