During their training, apprentices at the FRICKE Group gain a wealth of experience. They rotate through various departments, thereby gaining in-depth insights into a wide range of areas and fields of activity within the company. This is because they change departments every six months – this ensures a comprehensive insight and guarantees that the training programme is, and remains, exciting and varied.
Trainee events, language courses and other further training initiatives are not only important additional components but also help to make the commercial apprenticeship even more interesting and attractive. In addition to the two-week English courses, exceptional events and numerous training sessions, regular feedback meetings are also held.

The FRICKE Group is a global company with regional roots in northern Germany. The FRICKE Group’s headquarters remain in Heeslingen near Zeven in Lower Saxony. Here, apprentices find first-class training conditions and interesting tasks and projects in a friendly atmosphere. Our apprentices are guided, trained and supported by qualified and experienced staff at the FRICKE Group.
Every year, up to ninety apprentices start an exciting apprenticeship at FRICKE together and at the same time.
