IT Systems Management Business Apprentice (m/f/d) – Training Programme
The apprenticeship as an IT Systems Management Assistant (m/f/d) lasts three years. As part of the programme, our apprentices gain experience across many different departments and business units within the FRICKE Group.

The apprenticeship consists of classroom-based and practical modules. During their training, our trainees learn everything there is to know about IT. In addition to the basics of working as an IT Systems Management Assistant (m/f/d), they also acquire a wealth of practical specialist knowledge. You will become familiar with the various IT areas of operation within our company. Even as trainees, our apprentices are given exciting tasks and projects in the field of computer science, and they advise and support the individual specialist departments in the use of application systems.

What you should bring to the role
The FRICKE Group offers its apprentices in-depth and interesting insights into day-to-day working life and comprehensive work processes.
The entry requirements for an apprenticeship as an IT Systems Management Clerk (m/f/d) are the Abitur / Fachabitur or a good Realschulabschluss. You should, of course, have an interest in working with computers and understanding how they work. Interesting tasks and projects await our apprentices. Organisational skills, team spirit and technical aptitude are certainly an advantage.

Career prospects after the apprenticeship
Following an interesting apprenticeship as an IT Systems Management Clerk (m/f/d), a range of career prospects open up – including, of course, within the FRICKE Group. IT business specialists are employed in a wide range of interesting roles and specialised areas within companies. However, the opportunities for further training are also particularly diverse. How about, for example, further training to become a software developer (m/f/d) or an IT systems administrator (m/f/d)? Of course, there is also the option to deepen and consolidate your qualifications through a furtherdegree programme, for example in Business Informatics or to become a state-certified Business Economist / Business Specialist (m/f/d).

"I chose the FRICKE Group because I was looking for a larger company to train with, and the FRICKE Group also has a lot to offer its trainees. During the apprenticeship, you spend most of your time in IT Systems Management, though over the course of the three years you rotate through four other departments, giving you a good overview of the various activities within the FRICKE Group. You’ll also have the chance to take part in projects and, in some cases, even take charge of a project yourself. Above all, you’ll stay on the ball here and work closely with your colleagues."
