Industrial Clerk (m/f/d) – Training Programme
The Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d) apprenticeship lasts three years. As part of the programme, our apprentices gain experience in many different departments and business areas within the FRICKE Group.

The apprenticeship consists of classroom-based and practical modules. During their apprenticeship, our trainees learn everything there is to know about commerce. In addition to the fundamentals of working as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), they also gain a wealth of practical specialist knowledge. You’ll get to know the various departments and specialist areas within our company. Even as trainees, our apprentices are given exciting tasks and projects; they interact with customers, attend trade fairs and gain an in-depth understanding of business processes.
- Duration of the apprenticeship: 3 years
- Start date: 1 August
What you should bring to the role

The entry requirements for an apprenticeship as an Industrial Clerk (m/f/d) are the Abitur / Fachabitur or a good secondary school leaving certificate. You should, of course, have an interest in a career in business. Our apprentices can look forward to interesting tasks and projects. Organisational skills, team spirit and a confident manner are certainly an advantage in the workplace.

Career prospects after the apprenticeship
Following an interesting apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), a range of career opportunities open up – including, of course, within the FRICKE Group. How about, for example, further training to become a specialist business administrator (m/f/d) accredited by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) or a chartered accountant (m/f/d)? Of course, there is also the option of pursuing a furtherfurther degree, for example in economics or to become a state-certified business economist / specialist (m/f/d), in order to deepen and consolidate your knowledge and, in particular, your own qualifications.
