The FRICKE Bachelor Graduates 2025 celebrate their graduation and embark on their professional future with valuable experiences.

After three and a half years filled with exciting insights, challenging projects, and numerous practical experiences, the time had finally come: On April 4th, eight students had the honor of receiving their Bachelor’s degrees during a celebratory graduation ceremony at NORDAKADEMIE in Elmshorn. With the successful completion of their dual studies at FRICKE, they now officially hold the title of Bachelor of Science.

Following the graduation, everyone took the opportunity to capture the special moment in the bright sunshine. Together with representatives from the HR department of FRICKE and colleagues who supervised the bachelor theses, beautiful group photos were taken as a memento of this milestone.

The journey to graduation was intense. Between lecture halls and desks, practical phases in the company, and exams at the university, the graduates gathered many valuable experiences. Alongside academic qualifications, personal development, responsibility, and teamwork were also a focus. Now, it was time to properly celebrate this collective success.

Another special moment took place last week: The graduates had the opportunity to present their bachelor theses to the FRICKE management team. In an open and appreciative exchange, they discussed the content, challenges, and insights of their academic work with Mr. Fricke and Mr. Wachholtz. It became clear how practical the topics were and what concrete contributions they could make to current issues within the company.

Following the discussions, everyone gathered on the rooftop terrace for a small drink and the obligatory group photo. A visible sign of their achievements and a beautiful conclusion to an important chapter.

When asked about the absolute highlight of their entire studies, the graduates didn’t have to think long. The international experiences they all had the opportunity to gain during their training at FRICKE were unanimously described as particularly formative and enriching. Stays in countries such as Poland, Turkey, India, France, and the USA allowed the graduates to broaden their personal horizons. Gaining insight into new cultures, different ways of working, and international perspectives has had a lasting impact on their views. An experience that will stay with them all.

Of the eight successful graduates, seven are continuing their careers within the FRICKE Group. In various departments, they are now applying the knowledge and experiences gained during their studies to their daily work.

A special thank you goes to the management and the HR department. Their support throughout the entire study period has played a significant role in enabling this graduation to be celebrated by so many.
