FRI:X Fricke Innovation Lab

FRI:X is the Innovation Lab of the FRICKE Group launched in summer 2019. We are the central point of contact for innovation projects within the group of companies. In this function, we guide promising ideas from digital prototypes to the development of complete business models.

Business Development / Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Further development of existing business models and processes as well as our products based on customer needs
• Establishing new collaborations with industry partners
• Creation and implementation of convincing presentations to market our software solution
• Presentation of our company at international industry trade fairs
• Collaboration in the development and implementation of new business strategies and management of projects to open up new business areas
• Collaborating closely with colleagues from different areas such as technology, programming, technical editing and marketing
• Involvement in the design and development of new functions for our software solution
• Acquisition and support of major customers in collaboration with our sales department

Your profile

• Completed studies, e.g. in business administration or business informatics or training with initial professional experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of the agricultural engineering or construction machinery industry is an advantage, but not a must
• Good understanding of technical concepts and processes
• Enthusiasm for digital and innovation, new technologies and customer-oriented solutions
• Strong communication skills, creativity and enthusiasm
• Sympathetic and winning demeanor
• Organizational talent and systematic way of working
• Business fluent in German
