We are always on the lookout for clerks (m/f/d) in various departments at Hofmeister and are also happy to give career starters a chance. Depending on your individual strengths and/or preferences, we can place you in different departments, e.g. Purchasing, Product Management, Scheduling / Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, Controlling, Marketing, Sales, Article Master Data or Logistics.

What you can expect

(depending on the department):

• Take on administrative tasks: Administrative activities and support with various operational issues
• Dealing with correspondence: Telephone and written communication with relevant internal and/or external interfaces
• Creating reports and evaluations: Support in the creation of reports, statistics and presentations
• Maintain master data: Administration and maintenance of master data
• Project support: Support with projects

What you bring

• Training & Qualification: Successfully completed commercial training
• Professional experience & Expertise: First professional experience in office organization an advantage
• IT and language skills: Good IT skills, especially in MS Office and good German skills
• Personal skills: Independent, self-reliant and diligent way of working as well as a confident demeanor and commitment
