With the GRANIT division, we offer specialist dealers in Europe agricultural machinery, garden technology, construction machinery and commercial vehicle spare parts from a single source. The goods are shipped throughout Europe from our 90,000m² central warehouse in Heeslingen and we thus support more than 40,000 specialist dealers and workshops throughout Europe.
We are looking for you to expand our team at the Heeslingen site as a
Employee operational purchasing / disposition (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Self-dependent disposition of spare parts
- Correspondence within the scope of order processing in German and English
- Monitoring delivery dates and order confirmations
- Maintenance of order parameters in the merchandise management system
- Correspondence with purchasing offices, suppliers and forwarding agents
- Monitoring of item availabilities and stock levels
- Processing of the dunning
Your profile
- Completed commercial training, e.g. as an office clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), retail clerk (m/f/d) or merchant (m/f/d) in wholesale and foreign trade, ideally with relevant work experience in a comparable position
- Found computer skills (especially MS Office)
- German language skills that are business fluent as well as good written and spoken English
- Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
- Dependent, goal-oriented way of working
