Employee operational purchasing / disposition (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Monitoring the disposition and purchasing processes with the disposition system add*ONE
• Execution of purchasing activities and order processing with our suppliers (including imports)
• Inventory monitoring and coordination
• Ensuring timely and cost-oriented procurement
• Execution of stock adjustments
• Capturing and maintaining relevant data for the scheduling system
• Tracking orders and maintaining delivery dates

Your profile

• Completed commercial training, e.g. as an office clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), retail clerk (m/f/d) or wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d), ideally with relevant professional experience in a comparable position
• High service orientation and assertiveness
• Commitment, strong communication skills and team orientation
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Good knowledge of MS Office
