Employee operational purchasing / disposition (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Independent disposition of spare parts
• Correspondence within the scope of order processing in German and English
• Monitoring delivery dates and order confirmations
• Maintenance of order parameters in the merchandise management system
• Correspondence with purchasing offices, suppliers and forwarding agents
• Monitoring article availability and stock levels

Your profile

• Completed commercial training, e.g. as an office clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), retail clerk (m/f/d) or merchant (m/f/d) in wholesale and foreign trade, ideally with relevant professional experience in a comparable position
• Sound IT skills (in particular MS Office)
• Business fluent in German and good written and spoken English
• Strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility and the ability to work in a team
• Independent and goal-oriented way of working
