What you can expect

• Supporting management: Supporting the commercial and technical management of the workshop
• Planning workshop capacities: Scheduling and organizing the work to be carried out
• Supervise repair work: Collaborate, monitor and check that repairs are carried out professionally
• Supervise trainees: Supervise and support trainees

What you bring

• Training & Qualification: Successfully completed technical training with a master craftsman's certificate as an agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician (m/f/d), automotive/vehicle mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or service technician (m/f/d)
• Professional experience & expertise: Ideally first professional experience in the workshop and industry knowledge in the field of agricultural and construction machinery technology
• Personal skills: Independent and customer-oriented way of working as well as strong communication skills
