HR Analyst (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Expansion and further development of Group-wide HR reporting and HR KPI systems
• Creation and analysis of HR key figures
• Involvement in budget planning and cost controls in the area of Human Resources
• Further development and optimization of processes and structures in the area of compensation / benefits
• Involvement in exciting national and international HR projects

Your profile

• Completed studies in business administration / HR management or comparable training
• Relevant professional experience in HR controlling and ideally in the area of compensation & benefits
• Sure handling of MS Excel
• Business fluent in German
• Excellent analytical skills and affinity for numbers
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working
