What you can expect

• On-site contact person: Customer advice in the store
• Order process support: Order processing and tracking
• Consulting on the phone: Telephone customer support
• Reliably managing orders: Receiving and processing customer orders

What you bring

• Training & Qualification: Completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d)
• Professional experience & Specialist knowledge: Ideally professional experience in the field of power tools or horticulture, preferably with initial experience in telephone customer service
• IT & language skills: Confident handling of common MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel) and very good knowledge of German
• Personal competence: Communication skills, pleasure in telephoning, a certain organizational talent and an independent way of working with a high willingness to learn
