Your tasks

• Advising the management on operational and strategic personnel issues for Wilhelm Fricke SE (focus on logistics) at the Tholey site
• Supporting a selected group of employees in all personnel-related issues
• Supporting the implementation of company-wide guidelines, projects and change processes
• Optimization and further development of HR processes
• Designing internal & external HR marketing and supporting recruitment and selection processes
• Planning training and further education measures
