FRI:X is the Innovation Lab of the FRICKE Group launched in summer 2019. We are the central point of contact for innovation projects within the group of companies. In this function, we guide promising ideas from digital prototypes to the development of complete business models.

We are looking for you to expand our team at our Hamburg location as a

Marketing employee (m/f/d) Europe

Your tasks

• Development and implementation of international marketing strategies - with a special focus on the European market
• Collaborating closely with our local sales teams to optimize the campaigns
• Conception and implementation of innovative, target group-oriented marketing campaigns - digital and analog
• Creation of a wide range of marketing content: from campaign texts and blog articles to newsletters, flyers and other media
• Establishing and maintaining collaborations with relevant partners

Your profile

• Completed studies with a focus on marketing/communication or alternatively commercial training in a comparable position
• Ideally initial professional experience in the field of marketing, e.g. as a Junior Marketing Manager, preferably with an international focus
• Creativity, organizational skills, assertiveness, strong communication skills and an independent way of working
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Interested in agricultural technology and start-up culture
