Project Assistant SAP (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Supporting the project management
• Follow-up of project meetings, incl. taking minutes
• Operative project controlling and reporting
• Processing service provider invoices and credit notes, including coordinating the approval workflow with the project teams

Your profile

• Completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or a completed degree, ideally with initial professional experience in a comparable position
• Structured and analytical approach
• Personal persuasiveness, organizational talent and communication skills
• Business fluent in German
