Project Manager Process Optimization (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Supporting our customer centers across locations and ensuring smooth communication between the various locations and the company headquarters
- Identification and analysis of optimization potential and implementation of improvements in close cooperation with the responsible departments/locations
- Ensuring the sales feasibility of proposed improvements and evaluating their effectiveness
- Planning, controlling and monitoring projects for process and system optimization, including time and resource management
- Collaborating closely with the teams on site, reporting regularly to management and conducting training courses and workshops
- Coordination and management of supplier trains
- Monitoring and correcting inventories to ensure availability
- Taking over conflict resolution with suppliers and logistics service providers to ensure smooth cooperation
- Optimizing internal and external route planning to increase efficiency and improve customer service
- Supporting the sales teams in the implementation of optimization projects and ensuring the achievement of sales targets
Your profile
- Completed studies in business administration, business informatics or a comparable field
- Multi-year experience in sales or project management, preferably in the field of process optimization
- In-depth knowledge of process analysis and design, experience with various optimization methods and tools desirable
- Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, analytical thinking and a structured and solution-oriented way of working
- High flexibility and willingness to travel regularly to our various locations
- Driver's license class B
