We are looking for you to expand our team at the Bad Fallingbostel location as a

Service consultant / workshop foreman (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Conducting vehicle acceptance tests for DAF and Scania together with our customers
• Planning workshop capacities and scheduling orders
• Recording of detailed orders with all necessary data
• Price and deadline commitments
• Planning refurbishment work on new vehicles with our sales department and the customer
• Obtaining payment approvals and order extensions
• Contacting the manufacturers for technical support

Your profile

• Successfully completed technical vocational training, ideally as a motor vehicle/automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d) with master craftsman's certificate or certified service consultant (m/f/d)
• Vocational experience in a comparable position is desirable
• Knowledge in the use of common office programs
• Dependent and customer-oriented work style
• Industry knowledge in the commercial vehicle sector
