Are you sociable, a good communicator, have at least 25-30 hours per week, want regular working hours and already have some experience in service or catering? Then you've come to the right place!

Your tasks

Preparation and follow-up of the meeting rooms, including provision of cold and hot drinks
Supervision and coordination of weekly purchasing (drinks and kitchen supplies)
Processing the e-mail inbox, incoming and outgoing mail and preparing parcel shipments (national/international)
Preparation of coffee breaks at larger conferences (preparing fruit baskets, setting up coffee stations, etc.)
Date monitoring and coordination of conference and meeting rooms as well as pool vehicles
