The goods are shipped throughout Europe from our 90,000m² central warehouse in Heeslingen and we thus support more than 40,000 specialist dealers and workshops throughout Europe.

Team Coach / Team Leader Logistics (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Control, motivation and professional leadership of up to 25 employees
• Training and induction of staff
• Compliance and continuous improvement of all process flows in cooperation with the supervisor
• Ensure the required high quality standards of the customer as well as the required efficiency
• Responsibility for maintaining order and cleanliness and all work safety guidelines

Your profile

• Successfully completed training, ideally as a specialist in warehouse logistics (m/f/d)
• Understanding for logistic processes
• Communication and motivation skills and role model function in every respect
• Willingness to work, strong sense of responsibility and assertiveness
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Good MS Office skills
