Team Leader Complaints Management (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Leading, motivating and developing a small team in complaints management
• Ensuring the timely and high-quality processing of complaint tickets from the sales team
• Coordinating and optimizing correspondence with transport service providers regarding defective spare parts and other relevant topics
• Coordinating closely with the warehouse to clarify shortages and differences
• Monitoring and creation of credit notes and invoices
• Promoting close collaboration between logistics, the complaints team and other internal departments
• Analysis and reporting of complaint key figures as well as derivation and implementation of measures for process improvement
• Contact person for escalations and complex complaint cases

Your profile

• Successfully completed training in logistics, trade or a comparable qualification (e.g. specialist for warehouse logistics (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade merchant (m/f/d), forwarding agent (m/f/d))
• Multi-year professional experience in complaints management or in a comparable position, ideally in a retail company
• First leadership experience and strong ability to lead and motivate teams
• Very good MS Office skills; experience in working with SAP and/or Oracle is an advantage
• Business fluent in written and spoken German
• High customer and service orientation as well as strong communication skills
• Independent and structured way of working, paired with a solution-oriented way of thinking
