Team Leader Complaints Management (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Leading, motivating and developing a small team in complaints management
- Ensuring the timely and high-quality processing of complaint tickets from the sales team
- Coordinating and optimizing correspondence with transport service providers regarding defective spare parts and other relevant topics
- Coordinating closely with the warehouse to clarify shortages and differences
- Monitoring and creation of credit notes and invoices
- Promoting close collaboration between logistics, the complaints team and other internal departments
- Analysis and reporting of complaint key figures as well as derivation and implementation of measures for process improvement
- Contact person for escalations and complex complaint cases
Your profile
- Successfully completed training in logistics, trade or a comparable qualification (e.g. specialist for warehouse logistics (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade merchant (m/f/d), forwarding agent (m/f/d))
- Multi-year professional experience in complaints management or in a comparable position, ideally in a retail company
- First leadership experience and strong ability to lead and motivate teams
- Very good MS Office skills; experience in working with SAP and/or Oracle is an advantage
- Business fluent in written and spoken German
- High customer and service orientation as well as strong communication skills
- Independent and structured way of working, paired with a solution-oriented way of thinking
