What you can expect

• Conducting vehicle acceptances: Accepting vehicles together with our customers
• Planning workshop capacities: Organizing capacity utilization and scheduling orders
• Recording orders: Recording detailed orders with all necessary data
• Giving price and deadline commitments: Issuing binding commitments to our customers
• Coordinating refurbishments: Planning refurbishment work on new vehicles in coordination with Sales and our customers
• obtaining approvals: organizing payment approvals and order extensions
• Clarifying technical issues: Contacting the manufacturers for technical support
• Managing staff: Technical and organizational management of the workshop team
• Taking over commercial and technical management: Responsibility for processes and procedures in the workshop
