FRI:X is the Innovation Lab of the FRICKE Group launched in summer 2019. We are the central point of contact for innovation projects within the group of companies. In this function, we guide promising ideas from digital prototypes to the development of complete business models.

Customer Service & Team Assistant (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Phone and email correspondence with customers
• Maintaining and updating customer master data
• Recording and checking invoices as well as general organizational tasks
• Structured recording and forwarding of customer concerns for efficient processing
• Support with commercial projects and operational tasks
• Involvement in customer approach and retention campaigns
• Planning of team events and support with trade fair preparations

Your profile

• Completed commercial training, e.g. as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office clerk (m/f/d)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Sure handling of MS Office
• Independent and structured way of working
• Affinity for and enjoyment of working with digital products
• Customer-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking and acting
